My name is Tiffany Nicole Simon and I am a board certified Licensed Professional Counselor, School Counselor, and Group Fitness Instructor. I strive to help my clients find a sense of wellness through mind and body wholeness. In my practice, a variety of approaches and evidence-based practices are incorporated to reframe thoughts and behaviors. The comprehensive approach is aimed to help clients who are exhibiting a variety of concerns such as trauma, depression, anxiety, marriage, and major life events.

My main goal is to help you explore and provide you with coping tools to achieve the highest point of wellness in your life. My practice embraces counseling, meditation, fitness, and an overall environment that is safe and designed to help clients identify their inner strength to face life challenges.
