In our society, there is a strong stigma against mental health services, but I took it amongst myself to try and break that stigma. I am a board certifed Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and my main goal is to provide support and offer guidance to individuals on their mental health journey. During the course of my career, I have navigated through the educational system as a Professional School Counselor working with children & implementing wellness programs for high school campuses. I have over 10 years experience in working with children & adolescents!
